Please review our refund policy below: 🎟 Game Credits & Entry Passes Unused game credits are fully refundable within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not been activated. Time-based passes (e.g., hourly or daily access) are non-refundable once activated or partially used. If there’s a technical issue that interrupts your game time, we’ll gladly offer a replacement pass or credit. 🎉 Event Bookings Private event bookings (e.g., birthday parties, tournaments) may be rescheduled or refunded up to 48 hours before the scheduled start. Within 48 hours, 50% cancellation fee applies due to staffing and setup costs. No-shows without notice are non-refundable. 🛍 Merchandise & Food Merchandise can be returned within 14 days with a receipt and in original condition. Food and beverages are non-refundable unless there is a quality issue, in which case we’ll offer a replacement or store credit.
